Tara has been working in the field of children and family law since 2004, and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. She has been a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel since 2012, demonstrating her expertise in the area. Qualified as an “”all issues mediator”” since 2012, she gained accreditation status with the Family Mediation Council in October 2019. Tara is also qualified to act as a Professional Practice Consultant to other mediators. She is a member of Resolution, an organisation of 6,500 lawyers who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters, voluntarily adhering to a code of conduct.

Tara advises on all aspects of family law such as divorce, the division of finances on the breakdown of a marriage or civil partnership, and drafting separation, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements. Tara can also advise on child arrangements matters, specific issue/prohibited steps applications, and both external and internal relocation applications.

Externally, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, which mainly involves chauffeuring her children from one social event to another! When time permits, she enjoys concerts, theatre, cinema and gallery visits.
