Sebastian advises on a variety of Litigation matters which include but are not limited to: Possession proceedings; Lease Extensions; Party Wall disputes; Boundary disputes; Building/Construction disputes; Forfeiture proceedings; Debt Recovery; and Contract claims. Sebastian has expertise in acting for individuals as well as companies and insurers.

His practice engages a particular specialism in property related Litigation. Growing up in an environment where property and construction was a family business, he has good know-how around a building site and has always gravitated to these kinds of disputes. This experience allows Sebastian to have a unique insight into property disputes, which he approaches on a logical basis; often saving clients time and avoiding protracted litigation costs.

Describing himself as “a suffering Manchester United fan”, he also enjoys all forms of DIY projects – often commissioned by his wife. That means that outside of work, you’ll either find him moaning about the football, covered in some form of building material or washing his car – his favourite way to switch off and unwind.
