Phillip is a highly experienced Company/Commercial Solicitor who deals with: company and business acquisitions and sales; corporate restructuring; company law matters; joint venture and collaboration arrangements, including substantial property-related transactions; corporate finance; investment; and related commercial matters.

With considerable business experience Phillip is able to guide clients through, what may otherwise be, a complex process and assist in relation to commercial and practical considerations.

Phillip has been a non-executive Director and Company Secretary of a number of public and private limited companies, and has acted as legal counsel to listed and non-listed companies.
