Francis is a corporate and commercial solicitor with experience in fields spanning: alternative dispute resolution; litigation; negotiation; landlord and tenant matters; debt recovery and enforcement. He is a multidisciplinary professional, adept at effectively addressing conflicts in addition to leveraging varied expertise to drive successful outcomes and nuanced solutions. Francis started his career at a multinational bank providing support to financial consultants overseeing due diligence and risk management. He completed his training in 2019 with seats in Corporate, Property and Commercial Law having previously trained in the niche field of financial irregularities.
Whilst some clients prefer to be led by their solicitors, I believe clients are better served when they understand the reasoning behind my advice. I also bring real-world experience having run several businesses myself and I utilise my experiences to provide advice from a commercial view rather than a purely legal perspective, especially in the minefield of dispute resolution. My greatest joy is when I can explain complex legal concepts in plain English whilst also providing a nuanced resolution to multifaceted matters for my clients.
Francis loves going for long walks with his family, basketball, pool, amateur poetry, networking with professionals in other industries and collecting records from the ’60s and ’70s.
