Arlene became a barrister in 1997 and has now become a dedicated specialist in the field of family law. She has a wealth of experience in all levels of Family Court including the Court of Appeal. In 2021, she was part of the team that received an award for Family Law Case of the Year 2021 for the landmark decision of Re H-N and Others (children) (domestic abuse: finding of fact hearings) [2021] EWCA Civ 448.

Arlene specialises in all aspect of Family Law including: Pre-Marital Agreements; Divorce; Family Finance; Cohabitation Claims; Injunction Orders; Child Arrangements Orders; Child Financial Claims; Care Proceedings; Adoption; and Extended family applications.

She is incredibly passionate about helping her clients and will often go the extra mile to achieve this. Arlene is also willing to travel, as well as see clients remotely, where requested.
