She enjoys the fact that her work is intensely logic-based and requires a clear thought process to reach cogent solutions. Nothing is left to chance, there are no grey areas. Amelia finds it rewarding to be able to facilitate key decision making within the firm, which in turn allows the company and its staff to grow together.

Away from the office, Amelia likes going to the gym, travelling to experience new cultures and eating good food.
