Alban specialises in property law (contentious and non-contentious), Landlord & Tenant matters and qualified 5 years ago.

With experience of acting for freeholders, leaseholders and management companies in both commercial and residential disputes, he is regularly instructed in the County Court, High Court and the Tribunals in respect of LTA 1954 Act lease renewals, service charge disputes and possession proceedings. Additionally, he helps manage client property portfolios including assisting in contentious and non-contentious matters.

In his own words, he plays “a lot of golf and a little bit of tennis”. He also travels to watch Arsenal as often as he can.
