A career in Senior Leadership of educational institutions, followed by 10 years working in legal firms, see Lisa equipped with an understanding of how vital it is that both employees and clients receive streamlined and effective engagement with a company. Her varied experience means she possesses the skill set to deliver this aim. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm, she ensures that systems and processes are in place to enable our lawyers and support staff to strive to optimise the firm’s performance and client experience.

Staff training and development, and facilitating people to flourish in an environment where they feel supported and valued, are favourite aspects of Lisa’s work. She adopts a solution-driven approach to the implementation of processes to achieve professional goals simply yet effectively. All of which is fuelled by her passion for providing an excellent client experience.

Spending time with her three adult children is high on Lisa’s list of perfect pastimes, along with enjoying the company of friends. She also adores cooking with and for them. To unwind, she likes to lose herself in a juicy TV series.
