Following LLB Law, a Legal Practice Course, a 2-year training contract and then 10 rewarding years of post-qualification experience, Jennifer’s focus is corporate and commercial work. Her specialisms include: asset sales and purchases; share sales and purchases; joint ventures; mergers; shareholder agreements and bespoke articles of association; company restructuring and share redesignations; as well as contract drafting and review (including preparing and reviewing terms and conditions etc).

Jennifer enjoys supporting businesses at every step of their growth and development, and acting for companies large, small, and everything in between. From guiding budding entrepreneurs and green shoots start-ups to assisting with external investment rounds, acquisitions and mergers, dealing with director/shareholder fall-outs, and established business sales on exit or retirement, Jennifer is an experienced, approachable and pragmatic solicitor. She is quick to build personal rapport and gets to know a business inside out in order to provide the best possible service, tailored to the needs and objectives of each valued client. Always stepping back to consider the bigger picture, whilst keeping an eye on the devil in the detail, Jennifer is happy to think outside the box and offer a solutions-based approach to problems.

Jennifer is well-travelled and adventurous. She enjoys countryside dog walks and days out, mountain biking, paddle boarding, renovation projects, horticulture and spending time with her young family. In addition, and when time allows, she may be found indulging in creative outlets such as painting, pottery, glass blowing or silversmithing.
