Barretts Mediation speak to both participants to see if they agree for mediation to go ahead.
Dates for initial private conversations are set.
Barretts Mediation meet with all parties separately to discuss the dispute in as much detail as possible.
All conversations take place completely confidentially.
Once a date is agreed, a collective session with all parties and the mediator will take place.
Our mediator will encourage all parties to participate, for open discussion to take place and for everyone to work towards a resolution that fits all.
All parties are in agreement and a resolution is formed that fits all.
