Lara has worked in Conveyancing for eleven years; rising from Legal Secretary, through to Legal Assistant, and on to Conveyancer. As well as having been a recommended Lawyer for Barratt London for over six years, she has also worked with various developers, including Bellway, Countryside, Redrow and smaller bespoke developments. Formerly Head of a New Homes team, Lara is adept at working for a range of clients – first time buyers, UK and international investors, and developers. Lara has completed Level 4 (Conveyancing Technician) qualifications and is working towards completing Level 6 (Licenced Conveyancer).

Lara is a specialist in new build properties for both large housebuilders and smaller bespoke developers. She enjoys getting to know her clients and what motivates their purchase. Lara most enjoys being an advocate for clients to ensure that they are protected and fully in-the-picture during transactions that could otherwise be jargon-heavy and complicated.

In relaxing mode, she enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with family, friends and her partner. For Lara, you can’t beat a night in with a good boxset and a glass of wine.
